What if I don't know what I want?
Before dreaming up design concepts, color palettes or brand inspiration, we always start each brand design process with a thorough questionnaire. Through a series of thought-provoking questions, we craft your ideal brand together. The worksheet includes such questions as “What is the purpose of your business?” “Where does your target audience shop?” down to logistical questions including “how do you want your business name to read in the logo?”
How long does it take to complete the branding work?
Consultations are normally able to be scheduled within 7 - 10 days. Branding Revamp typically takes 1 - 2 weeks after we receive the necessary files, and Complete Branding (from scratch) takes 1 - 3 weeks.
What if I'm starting completely from scratch?
The Complete Branding Package will be perfect for you! We'll help you craft an amazing brand that gives your business the attractive face it needs.
Who owns the design once it's finished?
You do! You have 100% ownership of the finished graphics and branding, and you're free to edit, adjust, and alter the designs as much as you like.
Who decides what the brand will look like?
We are happy to do as much "deciding" as you want us to, but you always absolutely get as much input as you want to give. Ultimately, you get to make the final judgments about what you want your brand to look like.
What if I only need a little bit of help?
Either of the Brand Consulting options should work well for you. Choose the Basic Consult if you only need a little bit of help and feel that you can fully explain your challenges and desires via email. If you need more help, or want to talk it out to figure out what your best options are, then go for the Standard Consult.
