This is a live virtual conference for people who want to start and grow successful online businesses. Topics will include course creation, audience growth, digital marketing, sales strategy, and more.

Conference Structure:

Day 1 - start

The first day of the conference will focus on strategies for starting a successful online business, such as:

  • How to start a successful podcast

  • How to launch your first product

  • Email marketing basics

  • How to create a simple website that converts traffic into customers

  • How to write a simple plan to grow your online business

  • How to decide what product to create

  • How to price your services

  • Choosing a winning course idea

Day 2 - scale

On day two, we’ll move into sessions that cover tactics for taking initial success and turning it into consistent income, such as:

  • How to find strategic collaboration opportunities

  • How many products should your business sell?

  • Sales funnel strategy

  • Webinar strategy

  • Growing your membership

  • When should you increase your prices?

  • How to scale without social media

Day 3 - succeed

Finally, on day three, we’ll wrap up the conference with sessions about mindset, business administration, and increasing profitability. Topics will include:

  • How to increase your agency profit margins

  • Expanding your team

  • Outsourcing

  • Automating operations

  • Growth mindset

  • Mindset shifts to go from 6 to 7 figures

  • Finding meaningful ways to give back to your community

Hey there, I’m Gillian Perkins!

Seven years ago, I decided to try my hand at building an online business.

“How hard could it be?” I thought.

(Also, we really needed the income. 😬)
