What is $100K Mastermind?
I’m about to explain how the entire program works, phase-by-phase, but first, let’s start out with a quick overview.
$100K Mastermind is a 12-month program that guides students to build strategic, automated sales funnels to sell their online courses, then fuel those funnels with ready-to-buy leads to scale to earning six-figures of passive income year after year.
$100K Mastermind is NOT a self-paced online course, but rather a guided, curriculum-based business coaching program. This means that you’ll be coached through following our proven process for building your funnel and scaling your revenue, the $100K Method.
By successfully completing the program, you’ll have built your $100K Funnel and fueled it with leads, creating a consistent stream of thousands of dollars per month of passive income for your business.
How much does $100K Mastermind cost?
One of the first things you might be wondering about $100K Mastermind is, “How much does the program cost?” and this is an important question, because it makes little sense to learn about the program if you’re not willing to invest in it.
For our 2024 cohort, tuition is set at $4,000 for the 6-month program. This tuition includes the $100K Method curriculum, 6 months of 1:1 coaching, access to our twice-weekly group coaching sessions, and access to our $100K Mastermind networking group, as well as many done-for-you assets, such as webinar slide templates and swipe copy for your sales emails.
You can cover your tuition with a single payment, but we also have a zero-interest financing option available, which allows you to pay for the program with affordable monthly payments. Many students prefer that option for cash liquidity in their businesses.
Who is $100K Mastermind for? Who is it NOT for?
Before we get into looking at how $100K Mastermind works and how it will guide you to start generating passive income within the next few months, it’s important to know if the $100K Method can even work for you, because it only works for certain business models.

How does $100K Mastermind work?
Okay, let’s look at how $100K Mastermind works! We’ll start with the enrollment process. As I mentioned, the $100K Method only works for certain business models, so not everyone can be successful with $100K Mastermind. Since we only want students in the program who we’re confident CAN be successful, we don’t generally offer open enrollment for the program.
The first step is to fill out a short application form that tells us about your business and the product that you’d like to sell.
One of our coaches will review your application and determine if your business is a good fit for the $100K Method and whether or not you’re at a point where you’re ready to successfully build a $100K Funnel.
If so, we’ll follow up with you to schedule a short interview, asking a few more questions and making sure the $100K Method is what you need. We’ll also give YOU the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the program before enrolling.
If you’re accepted, then we’ll send you the enrollment form to sign up and pay your first month’s tuition, as well as an onboarding form to provide us with details on your business, product, and what you’ve created so far. This will give us what we need for the next step, which is assigning a coach to work with you throughout the program.
Yes, that’s right. Throughout your time in $100K Mastermind, you’ll be working with one coach via email and Slack who will guide you through the process of building your funnel, help you overcome any challenges you run into, make sure you get answers to all your questions, and keep you accountable.
A lot of students say that they find this 1:1 coaching to be one of the most valuable parts of the program. Because, I mean, how many times have you signed up for an online course and then NOT finished it? I’ve definitely done that a few times.
Not only is that a waste of money, it also makes it impossible for you to ever get the result you wanted.
That’s why I didn’t just create an “online course” to teach you the 100K Method and leave you to build your 100K Funnel on your own — because I don’t want to just cash in on selling courses. I want you to get RESULTS. I want you to successfully get your 100K Funnel BUILT and fueled with leads. Once you get matched up with a coach, she’ll reach out to you to introduce herself and get to work writing a custom $100K Blueprint for you to follow for getting your funnel built.
This Blueprint will provide you with a timeline for building your funnel, specifying deadlines for each part of the process, as well as giving you clear objectives for each step.
Now, this blueprint is helpful for two reasons: one is that most people find that it’s much easier for them to stay on track and actually get things done when they have a schedule to follow and deadlines to meet. And, second, a lot of students come into the program with a partial funnel created.
For example, maybe you’ve already created a sales page for your product or had a successful beta launch, so you might not need to complete certain $100K modules. Your coach will take that into account when creating your blueprint and will provide you with a clear action plan tailored to your situation – at a pace that fits your schedule.
With your blueprint in hand, you can get to work building your funnel, following our 5-phase process.
Phase 1
In Phase 1 you’ll beta launch your product, using our proprietary pre-sell method that allows you to launch - and get paid - before you do the work of creating your course or membership site.
Not only does this help you get profitable a lot more quickly and make it possible for your business to start supporting you sooner, it also means that you AVOID potentially wasting your time creating a product there isn’t demand for and that, when you create your product, you get to do it with active feedback from real customers — ensuring you make a product that really works and that really gets people results — which is key for getting good testimonials and referrals, which are then KEY for making it easy to scale your product to six-figures.

Phase 2
With your successful beta launch in the bag and your first few thousand dollars in the bank, you’ll be about six weeks into the program and ready to move on to Phase 2, where you’ll set up to SCALE your course.
What does that mean? Well, to scale your course you need to grow beyond selling one-to-one and start utilizing scalable marketing strategies. Strategies that allow you to sell to hundreds of people every week AND don’t require you to manually close those sales with direct-connect marketing conversations.
That’s where your 100K funnel will come in… but before you build the funnel itself, you need to create the sales content, including a simple sales page, webinar, and a few strategic email sequences.
Now, I do NOT recommend that you create these things and set up your whole funnel, then turn the thing on and see if it works. That’s just a recipe for disappointment, because, most likely… it won’t and you won’t know why it’s not working OR how to fix it.
Phase 3
So, instead, what we do in 100K Mastermind is, in Phase 3, have the students share each of their funnel assets with their leads as they create them to test each piece out and make sure it works well before they build further. This is called Sequential System Validation.
Not only does this guarantee your funnel will work when you finish it, it also means that you get paid throughout the process of building your funnel, rather than having to WAIT until the entire thing is finished.
Phase 4
With all your funnel assets created and tested, you’ll be about two and a half months into the program and ready to progress to Phase 4, where you’ll automate your funnel so it can earn you passive income.
This phase is actually super quick - most students finish it in less than 2 weeks - because building a funnel is super quick if you already have your funnel assets created and you have simple tutorials to guide you through the process.
So, at this point, you’ll be three months into the program, and your funnel will be completely built, which is awesome!
Phase 5
The last phase, Phase 5, is the part that takes the longest - in fact, you’ll potentially keep working on this phase as long as you run your business, but we’ll talk more about that in a bit.
Phase 5 will guide you to fuel your funnel with ready-to-buy leads. This is a vital, can’t-skip part of the $100K Method because, no matter how cleverly you build your funnel, it won’t make you ANY money unless leads are being sent through it.
In Phase 5 of $100K Mastermind, we guide you to implement both an active lead generation strategy that will start generating leads and sales immediately, as well as a passive lead generation strategy for long-term passive income.
The reason we do both is because we don’t want you to have to wait to start getting paid, but we also know that, long-term, you probably want your business to be as hands-off and “work less, earn more” as possible.
That’s why $100K Mastermind is a 6-month mentorship program – because we don’t want you to just get your funnel built over these next three months and then be left hanging, not sure how to get it to make you money.
Scaling your funnel up to six-figures of annual revenue is a process that takes most people 6-12 months, and we want to make sure you get the support you need until you hit that goal.
I mentioned that you might stay in Phase 5 indefinitely… and that’s because you might want to keep working on increasing your leads further and further, even after you get your funnel to $100,000/year.
It’s a personal choice everyone gets to make. Some people just want to hit that goal, then relax and live on the income their funnel brings in. Other people want to keep growing and growing their income!
